BEST PRACTICE: A Mid-Survey Reminder From Your CEO

You've already communicated the logistics around your plan to survey employees (i.e. timeline and process) and the context of why it’s important (i.e. goals and culture stories). Your job doesn't stop there. When it comes to employee surveys, lead by example. The below sample from our CEO is so simple and impactful because it's showing that leadership at the company is actively participating in the employee survey. We recommend that you have your top dog do the same by emailing all staff - or even mentioning it at meetings or in passing - after s/he's completed the survey. Check out the below sample reminder.
